the AC unit did not work and I had to fight with the front desk personnel to get out of the hotel. To make the matter worst, they persuaded me to take a fan or keep the window open and feel as if the AC is working. What a looser. Wasted few hours of my tour fighting to get a refund.

Hotel was located within walking distance to restaurants and the pier. Felt safe staying there for our 2 night visit. The staff was very nice and attentive. It's a smaller hotel but it was clean and everything in our room was in working order. The only negatives were the throw pillow sized pillows and the plastic under the sheets had us wake up in the middle of the first night twice covered in sweat (a/c was on high). The second night we slept on towels and that helped. Also if you're used to good water pressure you'll be disappointed by the barely gets you wet shower head. Would stay again though.

Just fine for a 2 night stay. Easy access to the 76 highway. About 3 minutes drive to Mission Ave.. Glad that In-N-Out was walking distance. And Starbucks near by.

The hotel was older, and you can see the wear on the furniture, but rooms were clean. We stayed 4 nights and no issues. The stay was ok, not bad, but could have been better. Rooms were good size, and bed was ok. Furniture and doors nicked up pretty good, but nothing terrible. Staff was ok, not real friendly, but not rude. Main cons was small parking spots, so bigger vehicles, like me had limited areas to park. Poor selection of tv channels too. Worst thing was the shower. No water pressure, barely came out to take a good shower. Location was fine only half mile from beach. All in all stay was ok, but i wouldn't stay again, main because of shower, and few little things i mentioned.

Basic. Nothing to write home about. Room was clean and well kept. Nice price for dogs. Great parking. Staff o.k. Limited to no extra's e.g., breakfast. Short distant to the water.
