Hotel is beer major renovation and booking agent should tell you that. Anyone with asthma would not be safe in this building. Should warn people. Hope they are doing serious sound proofing as highway noise is ridiculous.

The entire property was water damaged. Entire floor I was on was wet and smelled moldy all down the hall. Dogs were barking, people were loud. Trash collection or something was beeping at 5am outside.

This hotel is supposedly doing a renovation but guests shouldn’t be put in areas of active construction. I was bewildered by the hotel staff saying that this room was the only one available.
I have stayed at other hotels that were renovating and these have done an admirable job keeping guests and rooms being renovated in separate areas. The dust alone is hazardous to my husband who has health issues. When you are put in an area where carpet is being removed, the Oder is suffocating. I was concerned with asbestos being present when the carpet was ripped up.

The room was in a dangerous area. I smelled an oil and tar smell and I thought there was a mistake in putting us in this room. Because I had prepaid, I stayed but I really thought that my husband and I were placed in a dangerous construction area with the dust, oil smell and filthy room. We had stayed at the hotel a few days before and got a room on the first floor-142, It was also in a construction zone but not as bad as this room-
The room we were assigned was 340.

Rooms were nice, had everything we needed. Biggest issue is how i was NOT aware of the construction starting at 7 AM waking all of us up!!! A heads up would’ve been appreciated, but doesn’t help that walls are thin! Not to mention the smell of weed and cigarettes in halls lingering to the room from guests smoking on balcony areas, thought this was a smoke free hotel? We also had a conjoined door, they guests in the other room were screaming non stop (as if the echo of construction wasn't loud enough).. Bathtubs also had mold and toilets weren’t cleaned good at all, thankfully i had cleaning wipes so i could clean it before being able to use them even though i shouldn’t have to.

We were not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations, and were basically sleeping in a construction site. Seemed very unsafe that we were never notified and the noise of the room across from us being demolished early in the morning led to a very unpleasant stay. The hotel definitely needed renovations but they also need to inform guests of construction and times.

A few minor issues nothing major hotel is under construction but was okay for the most part. Staff was friendly room was clean and decent.

Decent and average, good for staying the night before a flight. The bathroom looked recently renovated, which was nice, but there was hair in the bathtub drain. Good for the price.
