Staff really nice and professional.
Affordable, newly remodeled accommodation.
A gem tucked away in a corner, newly remodeled units, quiet and convenient location.
Excellent Renovated Hotel
As others have noted, the hotel is going through renovations. We had one of the newly done rooms and it looked wonderful and was very comfortable. Very modern and clean lines. The breakfast was also good with eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, yogurt as well as toast bagels and cereals. The staff was very kind and hospitable. We have stayed here in the past pre renovation and love the changes. Can’t wait to se it when it’s all completed.

We stayed one night at this hotel, during our stay a kids soccer team was in town. They spent the night running in the hallway, blasted music , slamming doors, and screaming. We called the front desk on many occasions, they did nothing to solve the problem. Another guest threatened to call the cops to make them stop. We booked this hotel because it has the pool, but it was not clean.

I had a very disappointing experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Cary. When I first entered my room, I immediately noticed that the shower was in very poor condition. It was visibly dirty and, even worse, it was not functional at all. At around 9:00 PM, I contacted the front desk to report the issue. The staff acknowledged that the room I had been assigned was actually not supposed to be in use because it was undergoing maintenance. This was frustrating to hear, as it should never have been given to a guest in the first place. While they did move me to another room on the 4th floor, the situation was still inconvenient. I had to gather all of my belongings and move everything upstairs late in the evening, which added unnecessary stress to my stay. Overall, this experience reflected a lack of attention to detail and poor room management. I hope the hotel improves its processes to ensure that rooms under maintenance are not assigned to guests in the future.
