Overall a fine experience for an affordable hotel, walking distance to the Koka Booth Amphitheater. The room smelled stale/moldy but otherwise was fine. I did not appreciate a text message at 8am asking when I was going to be checking out (considering checkout is at 11am)

4 roaches in the bathroom, nasty mattresses, found a molded piece of fruit under the dresser. Everything was banged up, ripped and shoddy. Overall nasty!!! Never again. Dirty carpet, tilted side table. Nothing going for it except closeness to venue.
