The ac sounded like a car engine trying to throw a rod and worked about as good. Lobby Doors locked at night. It looked like an asylum with really dated interior. You hadto trade your towell at the desk for new. No ice. The best I can say is the front desk folks were nice. But you had to yell to get their attention. You couldn't get a refund. I would recommend go someplace nicer.

Checked in at 7pm and the room wasn’t ready. Floors were dirty, hallways smelled horrible. No check out available via tv and no one was available at the front desk at 6:30 am to help check out. Will not stay there again.

Problem with our room door lock! No staff on hand to repair so we had to move everything!
Problem obtaining any silverware for our dishes... had to borrow from our friends and return prior to leaving.
Problem with clerk double charging our stay - took 3 days to speak to manager. Finally received a credit back to our account.
Wonderful location - we will look elsewhere on our next visit.
