Great staff complications in beginning but worked towards understanding after everything went smooth

Parking is very easy at this hotel. 90% of the people stay there do not own cars so there’s plenty of room if you happen to have one. but bicycle riders beware! The combination lock will not work bring it in the room, the roaches won’t bother it.. Witnessed drug deals and prostitution. Not much of a family hotel. Plus, there is no valet parking. If anyone tells you they are gonna valet park your car, , it won’t be seen again. no room service, no snack bar. One vending machine for snacks one for drinks. But bring change, the office will not make change. Dirty sheets piled on the bed when we got there no blanket.. had a mattress protector for a full-size with a king bed. On a positive note, young girl that works mornings and the girl on 2nd shift were very helpful

Everything is wrong with the hotel room with the hotel there's some trash that happens very rude what happened people

It was ok . I didn't like my television was damaged & I wasn't offered a different room on 4 days paid

The Staff don’t keep the place clean enough they could do better

The floor looked dirty there was hair in the shower the pillows didn't have cases they could of done better

I reserved a room with a kitchen, yet when I got there they told me that I could only have a kitchen if I went through studio 6. They wouldn’t change my reservations even though online they advertise it. So I had to take a room with no fridge and tv remove and no phone working. The room was dirty and , it smelled like old warehouse. The bed had a big dent at the foot of it like someone jumped on it till it broke. They didn’t want to give me another room nor did they give me a discount. I payed aniother week for another room. That too has problems. I’ll write aboutt that on my next review
