First of all the mattress has probably been in that hotel since 1976, I could feel the bed springs it was so broke down the pillows were only about 3 in thick at best and they're remodel job was a joke the tub was rusted out on the side crumbling walls I think they picked the very worst room they had to give to me and to make matters worse there was homeless people hanging out outside the place I called about the ones camped out right in front of my room and I was told that those were people who had checked out that morning I felt very unsafe the people finally left after someone came down and talked to them you could see daylight around the doors because there's no weather stripping!

I left the second day after being moved rooms, wasn't even refunded but watched my partner get electrocuted.
I wish I was making this up y'all. If they say unplug the AC unit and plug it back in to see if that works make them do it!
