Good and reasonable
Clean, reasonable and good restaurant on the premises.
Frustrating!
I needed two queens and a pullout bed to accommodate my family. Was reassured several times that is what I had booked over the phone. In room was two queen beds. No pullout. Ended up purchasing a second room to accommodate the families sleeping requirements. Was told there was no pool. Only a hot tub….
Great hotel, restaurant, bar.
We were very happy with the Vernal Quality Inn. The front desk staff and restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly, helpful and courteous. The spaces were well lit, comfortably furnished and very clean. The breakfast options were very nice.

Old decor and needed updating. Breakfast was ok for continental but not much to get excited about. Went to the restaurant there for dinner. It was really good but needed repairs and updating badly

When checking in we waited over 20 minutes at the front counter. Nobody was there.
More importantly, once Steph got there they had an attitude.
Or usually not picky, although this was 11:30 at night and we were exhausted.

Good location for exploring the area. Hallway was a little loud. Door slamming and people talking or having a long half hour conversation after 10pm. Just turned on the fan and went to sleep. Staff was helpfull.

The hotel is old and needs an update, plus very noisy. Breakfast had stale toast, frozen butter jelly or all the food needed to microwaved.
