Our room was very nice and clean. There was a ‘thank you’ gift for booking it. I booked it online and was super easy to do.

We come here to visit our boys every year! Pools clean rooms clean and they allowed our pup which was very convenient. Right next to Cracker Barrel as well and nice walking area for your dog where traffic is light!

It smelled terrible of cat urine. The hallways smelled musty. The air conditioning unit was broken and dirty. Still ran though. The window was broken. And most annoying the pool was out and they did not tell us that ahead of time which they could have days before check in. The temperature was 100 degrees that day.

We were sleeping at 11pm and a couple broke into our room. They had a door jimmy and forced it open. We woke up and they ran away Almost got robbed!

Rooms were old and dated and not maintained. Furniture has huge gashes. Pool was closed for repairs. Do not stay here.

Bathroom outdated. Rooms fine. Clean. Staff nice. Could not use pool, weather. Location good. Breakfast good. Price fair.

The hotel was dated and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

First room assigned had not been cleaned. Had food and trash, along with cigarette butts and smoke (in a non-smoking room). I understand that the misuse of the room was not management's fault, but that of the prior occupants. However, there should have been protocols in place to insure that rooms are cleaned and noted as such before new guests arrive. The front desk person was very apologetic and noticeably frustrated that this occurred, and when she told another staff member it was shrugged off. The second room assigned was like the rest of the hotel, and not well maintained. The carpet was not vacuumed well, large sections of paint were hanging from the bathroom ceiling, and the mini-fridge was not cleaned well. The following morning we found that the mounted hair drier did not work and they did not have another one available. There are no elevators, which I missed in the property details. With all of these issues though, the bed was comfortable.

Great room with a whirlpool worth it for relaxing.

The staff was nice. The location was nice. The bathroom shower curtain has mold on it. I mentioned it at the front desk and did not receive a replacement. The rooms smelled funny and they had a machine in the hall to try and fix that. I had to keep going to front desk for towels. There was a hole where the shower faucet was. The upkeep was not great. I was very disappointed.
