I enjoy staying here.

Clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

The overall check in process was fine however having booked through “hotels.com” I did not realize this was going to a motel. The room and property itself were in decent condition. Unfortunately, when we pulled back the blanket on the bed the sheets had yellow stains in the middle of the bed. Due to the condition of the linens and not wanting to waste money buy booking another place last minute, we chose to sleep in our clothes for the night. The next morning I went to shower and discovered while drying off that there were similar yellow stains on the towel. The guy at check in was nice, the place was decent, but the cleanliness was not good. In my opinion, if you can’t get stains out of towels or sheets then you don’t continue to put them in the room.

Nice area if a little older. Good stay and close to good restaurants.

Check in process was smooth and easy. Upon seeing the room though, it was dirty in all aspect of the word. Mattress protector, sheets, and blankets were all stained and dingy yellow. Floors were dirty and marks up. Bathroom had mold due to shower panels not being installed properly.

Glad we stayed only one night. The towels had stains. The bedding had a yellow stain. The extra latch was broken off. The freezer had mold. The bathroom light fixture was full of dead bugs and the vent had lots of dirt hanging off of it. We saw the “free breakfast “ area at check in and didn’t even bother going by there in the morning.

I was really impressed with the staff and condition of the rooms. I will most definitely be staying here again when we return of our next event in December.

This review is abbreviated since the character limit would not allow me to provide full detail. The manager was indifferent at check in acting as if getting off his cell phone to provide me with a room key was a major inconvenience. The room reeked of cigarette smoke (we specifically chose a non-smoking room), the sheets were stained, the floors were dirty and stained and there was not enough hot water for my family of four to even take a shower. I had to ask for another towel since they only provided three and there were four of us which also seemed to frustrate the manager. The next morning when we wanted to shower again before getting on the road I had to ask the manager for a couple more towels and he said "I gave you four already". I replied well we had to use a couple of them to place on the bathroom floor since it was so dirty. He then responded "whatever I don't have time for excuses!" and then he got up huffing and puffing and got me two more towels. I told him this was ridiculous considering how awful the place was and reminded him that instead of complaining or asking for a refund so we could stay somewhere decent we simply decided to be appreciative and deal with his BS and then he had the nerve to go off because I asked for a couple more towels. He handed me the towels and said "just put them in a pile in the corner" and then he waddled back to the office. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE; DISGUSTING, RUN DOWN, AND MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
