My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. The atmosphere around the property was chaotic, with people arguing, babies crying, and a general sense of disorder. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my stay. The room itself was in poor condition. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The door locks were broken or barely functional, which raised serious concerns about security and safety. Overall, the property felt neglected and far below reasonable expectations. The only positive thing I can say is that the water pressure in the shower was good. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others. I believe potential guests should be aware of the condition of the hotel and the level of customer service they may encounter."

It was a large room, quiet and tucked off in the back. I would stay here again.

Upon checking in we were charged a cash deposit for incidentals (which the employee stuck in his pocket). We were in the room for about 30 seconds before seeing several cockroaches! We left immediately and the front desk said, it happens. I inquired about a refund and he said to contact the 3rd party I booked through. No offer for another room, which we would have declined anyway...where theres several you can see, there are hundreds you cant see...upon contacting the manager and hotels com, i was refused a refund do it appears that this hotel knows there facilities are disgusting and that people wont stay so they keep their money and can rerent the nasty room to someone who wont notice or care. I would definitely stay clear of this place. ace

I did not stay the night here…I walked in the room it was roaches everywhere and the room was dirty. I spent too much money for a hotel that should be charging $20. This hotel is horrible. I should at least get partial pay this is the WORSE hotel I have ever seen

Room was ok. Had to wait over 10 minutes to return key in the morning at check out. No one at front desk and no drop box.

Room was dirty, floor nasty,nothing was plugged in, shower didn't drain,ac didn't work, pillows way to soft. Would not recommend or go again.
