Got off to a rocky start when our room was not ready. We just went out to dinner, and then when we returned, our room was cleaned and ready to go. Our check-in was easy, we had filled out all the paperwork online. The room was great! We love the fact that they have taken out the carpet. We had a handicap room in the shower was excellent. It doesn’t have a lot of fluff in the room, but everything that was needed was there. We really enjoyed our stay.

We paid a very high rate per night, which appears to be increased nearly four times due to the graduation events in Columbia, Missouri, even though the room would normally be worth around $60 per night. However, the room did not even include a closet for clothing storage. In addition, the receptionist handed us a bottle of water to carry to the room ourselves. I have never experienced this before, as bottled water is normally already placed in the refrigerator or room for arriving guests.
The breakfast service also ended too early at 9:00 a.m. It should be extended until at least 10:00 a.m. so guests have enough time to relax and enjoy breakfast without rushing.
