Room had clumps of hair on floor

One of the beds had not been changed, good luck if you need WiFi because it didn’t work.

We didn’t use any of their amenities. Everything looked old but it was clean. The beds were comfortable.

A very budget hotel. Stains on the walls and sheets. Some debris in room. TV not functional. Room keys often wouldn’t work. Workout gym with minimal and missing equipment. Very thin walls, could hear the guests next door conversation. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was alright. Allowed early check-in.

The hotel was filthy and had a bad odor throughout. We had a room with a non working toilet and the clerk gave me a plunger to use for the weekend. Roaches in the bathroom and gross stuff on the walls and floors.

Room dirty blood stains on comforter and jacuzzi didnt work properly. Also manager was hard to find and expected us to clean up from the jacuzzi not working properly. Worst hotel experience I have had.

Gentlemen at the front desk was super friendly. Would stay again.

The key card machine was broken, so we did not get room keys. The bed was full of food crumbs. The floor had food crumbs swept under the desk, and there was toothpaste all over the sink. We packed up our things within an hour and left after asking the front desk for a refund due to the room being completely filthy. The front desk said he would complete the refund process through Expedia and refused to give me a refund or receipt. I called approximately 4 hours after leaving and spoke with the front desk, and he said the room was clean and that he would not issue a refund. As I was asking to speak with his boss or the manager, the front desk hung up on me. This was a completely unsatisfactory result, and I will never book with Comfort Inn again. I would give this 0 Stars if that were an option. I would advise people not to stay at this hotel
