I was very pleased with the hospitality and all the staff I can’t say enough about Edgar he was amazing and rooms are clean and comfortable you cant go wrong and the breakfast it’s great as well!

I always choose this hotel for its customer service and location to the medical campus for my grand children.
It was so so.
We had asked for clean sheets and some towels we had to ask four times at 9pm I had to go to the front desk and got them myself There were some shady people hanging around the sides of the entry way doors in the early morning when we left for the day.

Ok hotel. Lots of drugees and homeless people in the area. Make you feel lil uneasy. The room was ok. Shower faucet in tub was loose and leaking mold in corners of bathroom. Bed uncomfortable and pillows were folded in half inside pillow case. Horrible. Went down to get coffee and breakfast. Nothing available lots of stuff gone and not refilled.

The TV did not work and they changed my room and the neighbors next were fighting and it took the hotel 5 hours to get the police from 12 am to 5 am.

the elvators were very dirty. the entire hotel smelt terrible
the pool had postachio shells floating around and freezing.
