Great beds, comfortable space, close to Cascade.

Relaxing and enjoyable.

I enjoyed staying here and will be back soon as I’ll be coming through here four times a year. My room was clean and big and we really loved the pool and hot tubs and the breakfast each day! I highly recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean (parking lot is a little rough but there is plenty of parking) and so was our room. The staff we interacted with was very polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was about what you’d expect from a hotel chain, nothing terribly special but it was fresh and the eating area was kept clean. 14 years ago we honeymooned at this hotel and were back for the weekend. It was nice to see a glimpse of the renovations happening and I’m sure once they’re done they will be lovely!

The property was nice. Smart rooms, nice pool with 2 hot tubs. Breakfast was great. Beds are hard as hell. I kept thinking I was itching everywhere, even switched from one bed to the other until I flipped on a light at midnight only to find ants crawling all over me! I had a stainless steel tumbler (personally engraved) with a lid and straw next to the bed. Hundreds (literally) of ants inside, outside and all around! As I look closer my room was infested with Ants. I had to throw away my tumbler. Employee was nice and switched my room and apologized but an apology doesn't fix me waking up to the freaking nightmare on Elm Street! I was on a work trip and instructed to leave my laptop, cutting machine and IPad behind in this room because they were all crawling with ants! I was not comfortable with that. I still cannot bring myself to take my clothing into my house out of fear. I have ant bites on my arm and this Hotel only wants to offer a 1 night (of 2) refund!?!?!?! The pictures reflect how many bugs were left after I dumped the tea out of the tumbler. You should have been smart and simply refunded my money! Me asking for a FULL refund was not out of line at all! I missed my meeting because I was up all night creeped out and didnt have my work complete because the tools I needed to do it were being held hostage by ants! Moving my room to a king bed with hot tub doesn't do anything for me on a business trip at 1 am when I was supposed to be checked out at 6.

Hallways were dirty. Our room needed several repairs. We notified staff, and they knew about needed repairs but didnt offer any compensation, which really should have been done.

Clean, quiet, reasonably priced. It's kind of remote, but a great place to stay overnight. Good breakfast, great pool and hot tub

Parking was easy. The only difficulty we had was getting to the hotel due to flooding. Once we knew which roads were open, it was easy to navigate.

Everything went well, good price and clean place!
