Great customerservice excellent rooms.

One night stay: Sink clogged; maintenance never arrived, sticky carpets, problem getting waffle batter, old inedible bananas, one jacuzzi has been broken for years now, pool full of hair. This place is not like it used to be before these current owners.

It was great.room clean, pool n hot tub nice. Friendly clerks, nice breakfast. Will definitely come again. Thank you.

Easy parking Nice view

We were given the wrong room to start out had to go say something that I booked king suit . Front dest worker was not helpful at all didn't give directions were to go just that way nothing in room giving information about breakfast or anything like that. Called front desk from room phone 4 times to ask if had a fan no one ever answered called from my own phone no one answered . Bathroom had a bunch of ants on floor we moved the couch to have chair by hot tub and there was a bunch of stuff under the couch . Breakfast we went down about 730 or so very cold eggs and sausage coffee kids didn't fit . Bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was nice.

The people at hotel were exceptionally friendly good room good value clean great breakfast just overall a very good experience at this hotel

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to IN MY LIFE! I took my two children with me and when we got of the elevator on the tird floor,there was an empty beer can laying on the floor, some kind of white stuffing all over the floor. I got to my room and there were stained sheets , freezer had about a 5 inch chunk of ice. I called the front desk to complain but had to use my cell as there wasn’t even a phone cord in the phone. When I reached the front desk, I explained my complaints and my response she was “is that all?” I marched downstairs and asked for a different room which just so happened to be two doors down from my first one. Same damn thing. I brought both sets of cars keys down to the desk and left!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
