Breakfast was fine however they needed a serrated knife to cut open the bagrls and English muffins.

Check in was done with a person on video. I hate these types of interactions and hope hotels do not go this route. Is it also not safe for me as a single female traveler to take the staff away from hotels. The room and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.

First it took about 1/2 to check in although reservations were made a month prior. Second no HOT WATER for the whole building. Still no hot water when checked out in morning. Free breakfast room open at 6AM but no food in sight. Juice machine not working.

There are no elevators present. There was no hot water in the hotel. We were told there would be hot water in the morning but it was never fixed. If you are paying for a room you think the least you could have is hot water. They didn’t offer a refund or anything. Only ppl available were the ppl on the video kiosk you had to talk through to check in. Will never stay here again.
