Pretty run down room we stayed in, outdoors it looked good. Pictures were gone but screws still in wall. Curtains torn, no coffee cups, light and gfi outlet in bathroom didn't work, couldn't use hair dryer. Most awful was dirty washcloth and hand towel. No mat for outside shower and only 2 bath towels for us. The bedspread consisted of something as thin as a sheet, with a stain on it, and no extra blankets-i got very cold. Mattress was hard. We should've asked for a different room however it was late when most of these issues were realized. Breakfast wasn't awful nothing to brag about, the floor and chairs were stained.

Breakfast was horrible. Room was clean that we could tell until we found ants crawling between the bed and the wall. Staff that was there all weekend was super nice!

Little details like key wouldn,t open door, faucets and mirrors weren,t clean , stairwells weren,t clean, bed looked like it had been made by my grandkids, a large mousetrap in breakfast room. The pool looked clean, the lobby was nice, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of lighted parking, just needs updating and cleaning.

Walked into room after checked in wet towels on bed, room had not been cleaned went to front desk made a complaint they gave me a different room, almost left to go to another motel, looked like bed had not been changed, very trashy, loud, breakfast was not the best the gravy was like water and sausage. Lights out in the dining room.

The first room we were given had dirty sheets. There was hair from the previous occupants in the bed and pillow. Room not clean at all. The second room was better but still not clean. Very disappointed. Staff tried to accommodate the best they could.
