We enjoyed the room, like good A/C, clean room, nice desk clerks too.

The hotrl is a mess. The pool closed.for three days. Ice machines broken, you had to go upstairs in another building. Room was a disgrace, nothing worked. The refrierator broken, phone did not work, tv had to be reprogramed every night which meant you had to find the front desk person. The water pressure was horrible and bathroom was moldy, the place was located right next to highway exit so you hear noise all hours including truck air brakes. The place outside was scary and most of the people staying there looked like long term indigents. The only upside was location close to 26.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. It is not worth spending a single penny or even a single minute at this place. The room was extremely dirty, and almost everything was broken, including the light fixtures, fire alarm, and water faucet. Basic necessities were missing—there wasn’t enough toilet paper, soap, or towels. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels, but no one was there. I asked an employee who was nearby, and she said she didn’t have the keys, so she couldn’t help me. To make matters worse, some of the towels left in the bathroom appeared to have already been used by a previous guest and had not been replaced with clean ones. That was completely unacceptable. The beds were in terrible condition. The mattresses made loud noises every time someone moved, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. swimming pool was close and not opened. Overall, this hotel was filthy, poorly maintained, and provided terrible customer service. I would not recommend this Quality Inn to anyone.

The staff was great, although the motel isn't perfect, everyone made me feel right at home and they were super helpful

Terrible place. Unsafe location. Lots of police presence. Restaurant next to it is closed down which makes it worse. Unkept, stained, ripped bedding, old -and nasty. Do not take your family there and do not stay there alone.

The room was filthy dirt all around the bed in the floor and roaches both big and small on the floor and slid the bed over and they ran everywhere trued to sleep with lights on but couldn’t so checked out at 2 am also front door had a 3/4 inch gap in the bottom had to stuff a towel under it was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in 35 plus years renters be Leary !!!

Bath tub shower needs replaced. Bad smell in room. Location felt unsafe. Grounds need updating and repairs

La propiedad física en sentido general está muy descuidada, deteriorada y sucia. Sábanas rotas, lámparas y extractores oxidados, piso roto en algunos puntos, bañera oxidada y pintura en mal estado. Lo único positivo de esto es que tenía un buen aire acondicionado y la cama cómoda.
