The everything was clean
the bedding, pillows were comfortable and smelled very clean.
Smoke free and quiet on the 3rd floor.
Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room even though a breakfast was included. AC worked keeping the temperature as needed.

very helpful in changing the room. there was a mistake during the booking and I got one large bed instead of 2 doubles. it was changed on the spot without any problem, which I could not do on expedia. thank you

For a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable it was. The water in the shower was hot, not just very warm. Even though it's right next to a major freeway, my room was very quiet. I was also surprised by the hot breakfast. While the food options were a bit limited, it was more than I expected. Overall, it was a great value and I would stay here again.

The checkin process was somewhat weird. The computer was down and I still had to put a $100 cash safety deposit even though my card was on file. I did receive it back the next day.
