No heat was on when we got there. Turned it on and 1.5 hours later it was hardly working. Called and they had maintenance come and said they couldn’t fix it. Was going to charge us more to move rooms. So they gave a space heater to use in the room. Which still did not heat the room the best. The refrigerator was dirty. Dresser drawers had dried tobacco in them. Did not give us a discount or anything for the heat issues.

The room was older and needs some upkeep. Bathroom could have been cleaner. But the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Close and convenient for New Year's Eve ball drop 2024.

Immediately upon walking into my room, there was a barely alive cockroach on the carpet between the beds. This roach was still moving its legs.

The parking situation stinks, there are tons of work trucks with men just sitting in them playing music taking up so many parking spaces that the space in front of my room was taken and I had to park all the way to the opposite end of the parking lot and on the other side. I had to make 4 trips to bring my stuff in. It was super inconvenient. I think the space in front of the room should go to the person paying for that room. Or you could supply carts for luggage.

I’d reserved on line and chose it for being “pet friendly”. At check in I was told it was an additional $25 charge for having a dog. Wow, I explained I would have appreciated knowing this when I made the reservation. I don’t mind an additional charge, I’ve been hit with a $10-15 charge but $25. That’s way too much. Won’t be back.
