Clean and comfortable
The hotel was in a perfect place for a softball tournament our granddaughters were playing in. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room had several packages of decaf coffee, but no regular. We will stay again.
Clean comfortable stay
This was our second time to stay at Candlewood Suites. We would recommend and definitely stay here again as it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
Great night
My husband and I got a wonderful nights sleep. The bed was comfortable and we feel asleep quickly.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Elevator out of service. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Stains in the carpets. I tried to check out and the person that was hiding behind the counter could bother the even stand up and help me. It was bad.

It was a good experience the only thing was the elevator was out and I had a room on the second floor so I had to pull my grandma who was visiting with me up the stairs.

The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :(

The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient.
Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful.
The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater.
