Great Stay
This is about my third or fourth time staying at this hotel, the staff is always friendly and it is always very clean.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is always clean, food is great, staff are wonderful. This is our third year coming to Ashland for training and we always stay here. Have never been disappointed. We will be back in April.

Coffee pot would not work ,no ice,seen bugs Internet was awful.Breakfast was nasty,3 big pots of coffee all cold at 6:30 un exceptable.

Our room was nice and clean but the hotel had some issues with broken ice machines and a broken coffee machine. They were minor inconveniences. The staff we talked to were very helpful but I think they could have used some additional help.

It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner.
