Great value and nice hotel.
We were visiting family so stayed here first time since refurbishment. Rooms spotless and lobby decorated nicely for Christmas. Only issue was very low toilets and when we told management a high rise seat with handles was installed in a few hours. While that made us feel like Seniors we are and issue was fixed!Staff was very friendly.

We chose a "Holiday Inn Express" based on prior experience with this chain, they did not disappoint! We also choose this as it was a convenient location to where we were heading the next day.

Check in was fast, easy. Room was clean, a bit noisy. The heat was loud especially when trying to sleep. However we have used this hotel several times and will continue to do so.
