The location was good for my purpose. We had to be moved until we accepted the third room. The first two were unacceptable because of the smell. The shower curtains were soured terribly. After that experience the whole place left a feeling of lack of cleanliness. We did not get comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Also, the television situation was unacceptable. And the gym seemed to be neglected. On the plus side the associate working the front desk went out of her way to help resolve our situation. Ihg members expect and deserve better.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby area smelled clean, and our room was cleaned well. We got a room with a King bed and pull out sofa and there wasn't any extra bedding in the room so we had to ask at the desk for sheets and pillows for the pull out. We got a noise complaint from downstairs for pulling out the couch as it was pretty loud, and sound proofing could be better in the rooms. King sized bed was comfy, but the pull out was not. Breakfast was pretty good with eggs, sausage and sausage gravy, a pancake machine, cereals, juices and coffee. The pool was nice for the kids as it had a large shallow area, but use caution because the bottom of the pool/liner is slippery.

The staff is friendly but they don't clean rooms on stay overs, and you have to go to the desk if you want clean towels (bring them your dirty towels), toilet paper, new garbage bags (had to keep the full ones in my room), etc. I didn't see housekeeping until my checkout date. The rooms are clean but outdated. I would probably look elsewhere next time. The breakfast was pretty good.

hallways dirty with breadcrumbs, smells nasty, dogs burking on the neighbors door, limited towels, the only clean place was the pool and the gym. breakfast-limited choices. i spent 2 nights, house keeping did not come to clean the room and make the bed, i found it the way i left it.
