Staff was unhelpful - all quite young, one came to the desk while eating. No breakfast despite being offered online. Room was ok, hair in bathroom. An escort was working the parking lot.

Showed up and 3:30 and told couldn’t check in early only at 4 but could do a late check in no problem. We didn’t mind but came back and window was open in room. Door to bathroom wouldn’t shut. Toilet either ran or didn’t work. Woke up to someone trying to get into our room the last night knocking and using key. Scared my kids. The whirlpool/hot tub was cold so we couldn’t use it. Oh and sauna was broken too. Loud hallways and because we were next to laundry and ice machine we were woken up to it or bothered by it the entire time. Horrible experience.

Our visit was brief, long enough to sleep and exit the next morning. Some of the people hanging around looked a bit questionable. It was quiet. The lobby was too hot though.

Staff was either understaffed and helping someone else or watching TV in the back room as I waited 10 minutes to check in. However, once they were there, I had a very enjoyable stay. Mostly clean and I'd recommend they put instructions to the hot tub someplace.

We were woken up at 2:30am by someone trying to barge into our room. When i called down to the front desk i was told it was them, and that the rooms was supposed to be empty in a tone that was acusitory, then told we would need to talk to the manager in thr morning and that it was a clerical error.
