Great front desk staff
Our room was fine, beds were comfortable. No hair dryer in room. The gals at the front desk were wonderful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel looks like it is going through some renovations.
Pleasantly pleased after a long drive
Thanks so much Cloverdale Holiday Inn Express! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations for the night. Great staff, great venue. We will be back all the way from Lake Odessa Michigan!
Highly recommend
After a long drive, we were met with great customer service. Lucas went above and beyond so my grandchildren could have a little extra time in the pool. It was really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.
Good friendly service
Everyone was friendly including the front desk folks, the maintenance man who takes care of the pool and hot tub and the breakfast server.

I enjoyed my stay. It has been awhile since I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. The overall experience was good, close to the main event and good hospitality. I was able to borrow a phone charger.
