This hotel was recommended by one of my good friends who had stayed here twice before. I am so glad I took his advice! This hotel was very clean and staff members were very friendly. Specially Lucas, he was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is located about a mile away from the park entrance. There are several coffee shops, restaurants and shops near the hotel (which was definitely a plus) Highly recommend this hotel!

We loved that it was so close to Zion National Park. The hot tub, heated salt pool and fire ring were so enjoyable, even in late October. The entire place is so clean and beautiful throughout. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was quiet, very clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool in the intense heat this area is experiencing. We enjoyed Jacks’s Sports Grill located next door and having a bus stop close by to get us to Zion NP. The breakfast bags we received due to the hotel’s renovation was perfect for our family. My only concern would be for persons with disabilities because there is no elevator so you would need to request a ground floor room.

We were so comfortable and we could feel this is a higher level hotel compared to others we had stayed in. It had a very pretty dining area with terrific views. It very conveniently located in town and close to the shuttle into the park.The staff were extremely helpful. It was so convenient. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that they charge $20 a day to park in the parking lot and that is not listed on Expedia. We were upset by this because we did not know ahead of time. Parking is very limited in the area, but we did not feel we should have to pay $20 a day extra to park at the hotel.

Excellent stay, great location

The location is not bad. It's located at stop 6 which is a short walk from the hotel. It can take 15-30 mins to get to the park depending on how long you have to wait for the bus. The property is relatively nice. The breakfast was nice but it was crowded and hard to find seats at times. My biggest complaint is the new building I was in didn't have a functional elevator (not that it was under repair, they just didn't have one). I think it's incredibly inconvenient and misleading to have a room without an elevator. If that's an "option" then those rooms should be discounted. It was a mess hauling food, water, supplies, and luggage up to my room. The bathroom was spacious and had a double vanity. The barn door on the bathroom was very rickety and didn't stay on the track well. There's a $20 a day charge for parking. They have laundry but it's $4 for each cycle you run ($8 for a wash and dry). I would pick a different place to stay in Springdale if I was to do it over again.

This place was perfect for families or couples. Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff and right in the middle of everything. Perfect location.

Everything was a blessing. Good food clean facilities and beautiful scenery.
