Wonderful staff, great ambience, high quality restaurant and bar, clean, spacious rooms, excellent location.
Noise Level
I was in room 145 Friday night. Very noisy at 3:00 am. Drunk people my room was 450.00$. I deserved better.

There were a number of issues with this property. As we paid $266 for the room, we were disappointed with our stay. Here were the issues:
-- As it was an older property, we couldn't use the trolley for our luggage to access our first-floor room, as there were stairs from the lobby level to the first-floor level. So we had to lug our suitcases and garment bags up the stairs, which, as we are in our 70s, was difficult.
-- The shower didn't work, so we had to use the handheld shower device. Not good.
-- The AC unit was terribly loud and kept waking us up in the night.
-- The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy.
On the positive side, the staff was pleasant.

Clean room, easy check in, and nice aesthetic. Only complaint was the air conditioner making a rattle sound every time it ran.

From the moment you pull up to the hotel it feels like you have escaped to somewhere in the Caribbean. The recent remodel has created a lovely tropically influenced ambiance.
The staff were excellent. Courteous, helpful, and genuine.
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Our 4 day stay was perfect. Easy access to food and events is perfect.
