Fantastic experience
I greatly appreciate everyone I interacted with at the hotel. I was really well taken care of. It was a very quick in and out and everyone made sure it was as seamless as possible while also being absolutely lovely. Thank you! Hopefully I will see you again. Best, Catherine Joy.

We had an incredible time during our stay to see Benson Boone. Front desk staff was amazing, Carlton was incredibly helpful & the valet was very kind. Easy location to get around. Definitely recommend!!

My only issue is location- and nothing the hotel is doing wrong. There were multiple homeless people within half a block of the hotel, mainly down Cathedral Street. Some were aggressive, confronting my teenage daughter and I. The next couple blocks down had several more, also making our walking a bit concerning. Hotel had no major issues beyond the lobby restaurant ("Poets...') being a bit slow to prepare food. Staff at front desk were very engaging and helpful.

The hotel was nice but the surrounding area was not at its best. The room had nice view it so did other people of you inside your room.
