Summary: Place could use a bit of an upgrade. Front desk staff needs training in customer service. Would not recommend for a stay longer than 24 hours.
The good:
-free parking and plenty available
-near to shops and restaurants in downtown tuscaloosa
-near to the Riverwalk
-refrigerator (albeit small) in room
The less good:
-rooms are not cleaned consistently. Dirty floors at check-in
-room service took over 45 minutes to get food even though a call was made down to the front desk to follow up
-minimal drawer space
-bathroom wastecan is not lined (just ewww)
-check in and front desk help was apathetic (not welcoming)
-bathroom lighting needs to be brighter for real use (like putting on makeup)
