It was ok, the lady at the front desk couldn’t answer any of my questions. She told me she doesn’t live in Austin. Didn’t tell me about the $7 parking. I found out the next day when I checked out. I am disable and parked in handicap space but didn’t know about the charge till next morning.

Not a good hotel for a single traveler or a traveler who needs rest. Consistent noise from other guests left me sleepless many nights. 4 to be exact. I had to cancel my remainder trip and move elsewhere.
Hotel staff was nice and understanding but don’t make this mistake. Seems like a party hotel.

Not a bad hotel and not a bad stay. I had a suit but I do wish the doors from each rooms can be completely closed. Got to have my privacy. Room was kept cool but would like to see an upgraded ventilation or ac. I paid a great price and I was ok 👍.
