Very nice hotel near MD Anderson's Mays Cancer Clinic
Staff is always very friendly. We have stayed here several times in the last couple of months. It is very close to MD Anderson's Mays Cancer Clinic. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have a pretty bad back and I have had no problems with the beds. I wake up refreshed and not in any pain compared to other places we have stayed. We have gotten a suite with one double bed. It was very nice and cozy. The suites with two double beds are large enough to accommodate several people. The two bedroom suite with a king bed and the other room has two double beds with each having their own full bathrooms was just a nice. Will definitely be staying here every time we come to Houston for my chemo treatments.

What a wonderful place to stay! The desk staff, the shuttle drivers, the breakfast crew and their breakfast, the free laundry, the kitchenettes, the exercise room!. Everything was excellent and everyone treated us with kindness! Love this place!

At the time of checking I have been told that the suite is handicapped accessible and on the first floor. Expedia should have told me that. Living room was very small. The room with 2 queen beds the bathroom was very inconvenient. Floor got flooded when we took showers. Bath mat didn’t work.

This place should be blown up and a new hotel built in its place. The joint is old, smelly and creepy. The front desk folks are very nice.

Close to NRG arena, ample parking, excellent front desk clerk and cleanliness of room. A little noise came in but it was nothing tot ale away for my he positives.
