Gave me the wrong room and blamed it on Expedia. Come to find out a guest extended their stay and the hotel gave up our room and down graded us. The room we were give was dirty and disgusting. They did not offer a refund or any solutions to their faults

We thought the carpet in our room needed attention. They use carpet squares and several were badly stained which was a stark contrast to everything else being spotless and well appointed.

Overall, the hotel was clean. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud! It sounded like a lawn mower starting every time it turned on. The hot water was only warm and there was little water pressure.

Just came in for the night and enjoyed my stay immensely! Would definitely stay here again. The bed was PERFECT! Hadn't slept that good and comfortable in a hotel in a long time.

Dirty pillow cases, coffee cups still had coffee on them in the cabinet, hair in the shower.
