Lorrie was very friendly, gracious & accommodating. My 2nd room was fantastic. The first room air was broken. The leaking air unit in the breakfast area should be fixed before your exterior wall is completely damaged or someone falls on the flooded breakfast floor. The poor girl had to mop continuously.
