Attentive staff. Hotel was clean though areas show signs of wear. Quiet and parking nearby. I'd stay again. 20 minutes from NYU Orthopedic Hospital.

The view was fantastic of financial district. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decor was a bit strange- like a disco. Only one lift worked so the queue was big at times.

This property misrepresents that they have a rooftop bar for guests. It is exclusively for permanent residents or so we were told by staff.
The hotel has a loading and unloading area blocked off in front of the main door but no one to move the blocks off which causes people to park further away and often illegally.
The bed linens had stains that looked like blood. When I asked for fresh linens at first they told me they didn’t have any move blankets and could only give us fresh sheets. I had to insist and after a second attempt they were able to provide full clean linens.

It’s near to different nice spots such as, the memorial 9/11, time square, Brooklyn bridge etc. needs to be fixed some details.

I stayed in other rooms a few times and was happy with my stay. This time, I didn't book the "queen deluxe" option
Negative:
- the room was significantly smaller
- the fridge didn't work; they sent someone to fix it, but it was still out of service
- the ice machine in the hallway didn't work
- the sockets were loose and chargers were getting on/off the whole time
- no view of the Freedom tower
- no coffee machine
Positive:
- location was great
- stuff was really nice, including cleaning ladies
- they provided a microwave upon request
Overall:
Staying in a corner room or a deluxe room makes sense, mostly because of the view.
