I was made welcome by the hotel staff, in particular Nikki and Owega (hope I’m spelling her name correctly). Nikki made me feel at home the minute I arrived and Owega continued to do the same.

Great Service/Below Average Accommodations.
Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly. However rooms need serious refurbishing or updating. Had to move because of broken sink vanity, shower door not closing, no towels hook, non working USB ports. The new room was in order, except for the A/C unit wouldn't go below 75 degrees. Pool was out of service for 2/3 days and one working main elevator on a busy weekend. Front desk attendant was extremely accommodating, but she shouldn't have to be in a Downtown Hotel for over $160 a night+ parking, etc. Love the brand, but not this particular location. Close to everything is the main reason we came. We should have paid attention to recent reviews. If they get these issues fixed, it's a definite winner.

Pool was filthy which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Rooms had very poor lighting. Fridge in the bathroom is diabolical
