Great staff. Great hotel.

My son and I are here for a Tulane university graduation. My son recently got a dog Arlo and he’s only five months old. We traveled from Fort Worth Texas in a car to New Orleans to be a part of a very special friends graduation. We will welcome at the aloft hotel with open arms and kindness. After a 10 Hour Dr. and the stress of having a five month old puppy, I had no idea what it was going to be like bringing him into a hotel environment. The staff at this hotel made this experience so special and so memorable for both myself and my son that we will recommend this hotel to anyone that visits New Orleans in the future. Thank you so much for making what could’ve been a stressful weekend into a pleasurable experience.

Good price and comfortable room.

I was satisfied with my stay. Only negative was no microwave in the room.

The stay was great, the room was clean & super comfortable. The night staff was great but daytime staff was a little standoffish. Only complaints was if I’m paying 50 dollars to valet park, I should not have to wait 30 minutes for my vehicle. Please be advised that when checking out, you must give valet ticket to lady in order for them to get your vehicle. Also it was super hot in lobby & areas with amenities making it where people did not want to hang out.

Kiera at the front desk when checking in was super sweet. Made us feel welcomed and had a great attitude. The hotel was very nice and even had a bar on the first floor. Close walking distance to bourbon street and other spots. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting New Orleans.

The property is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is great.

The reasons why it's not a 5: the strong scent in the common area. Don't get me wrong, some people might like it, but its overwhelming and unsafe in my opinion, since people like me can be allergic and its unhealthy. It seems like they also had an AC problem in the common area: Bar and front desk area, it wasn't cool in there for like 2 days' but I was just passing by so I didn't care much. I loved the interior design of the hotel! The room was very nice. Simple but comfortable. I asked to change my pillows because they were feathered and I was promptly attended. The front desk ladies were very nice and efficient and also the cleaning staff (remember to tip them). I also didn't like the shower: no pressure. The pool was ok and a nice break from the Nola heat. It was a good stay in my opinion and the negatives pointed here were no big deal compare to the reasonable price paid for the stay and wouldn't keep me to book again.
