My room was nice bed was very comfortable a few things i couldnt get the water pressure right for shower for awhile also the light switches were confusing but i managed the biggest problem is there is only 1 microwave for the entire hotel! That is insane they could atleast have 1 microwave on each floor if not rooms.

The room is spacious for NYC Upper East Side and a walk distance to Columbia University, the hotel staff are very helpful.
