Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

Our extended family converged on the Harlem/Columbia neighborhoods for a funeral. About half of us stayed at Aloft Harlem. (I think we took up five or six rooms.) The location was perfect. The staff was very engaging and made our visit easy. I really liked the grab and go food options. It was exactly what we needed when we didn't want to take the time to sit down or wait for room service. The central area in the lobby was perfect for our family to come together for a drink or to connect before or after heading out for an event. The entire hotel was very stylish. Our rooms were comfortable. The air conditioning was powerful. The showers were hot. Plenty of towels. I used to travel to Marriott hotels when I traveled for business. It had been about five years (pre Covid) since I last travelled. When I checked in, the front desk was able to track down my old Marriott rewards account and re-activate it so that I could easily get credit for the rooms I was paying for.

Excellent staff; very friendly. The room was clean and in a good location.
