The heater in the room was very noisy. The engineer checked it twice but there was no improvement. In the middle of the night it sounded like a steam kettle was ready to blow. The hotel was very full and they didn't think they could find another room so I had to use earplugs to sleep.

The hotel has a great reception area and bar, but once you proceed the property needs a good cleaning and attention to wear! The elevator, carpeting, and walls need a refresh from small damage and dirt. The room, while comfortable and spacious needs the carpet and floor tiles SCRUBBED! The safe had been breached with the front torn off and so was no longer operable. I hate to see this good little cation neglected. VERY nice staff and kiosk selections. Pretty bar. Do better, corporate!
