We loved staying in this friendly classic space
We chose this hotel for it's convenience to Arch Street United Methodist Church, coming in for our Pastor's retirement day and party. We enjoyed the classic building and friendly, helpful staff. I especially liked the outdoor gathering area with its colorful pansies. We enjoyed spending time walking around Center City, where I lived for a while at a nearby YMCA.

The hotel was very inviting with a bar and lounge area on either side, nice view from my room, felt very safe, room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return soon.

Great staff but could use a little updating/repair. The building is beautiful as it was an old bank and has a grand lobby. The elevators were shaky/creaky and some of the panels had cracks in them. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean. Convenient location, next to convention center and a couple of blocks from the terminal market.

We found a mice in the lobby, staff was notified. Room service lady wakes us up and enters our room at 9am (2 hours before check out), extremely unprofessional

Booked prepaid and was told on arrival that they overbooked and were moving me to another crappier hotel with a double room (I booked king). Then find out I won’t even get the lower rate for the crap hotel. Ripped off false advertising. Won’t book with Aloft again.
