Top notch hospitality and great walk-in shower!
Got to the hotel late but I was greeted well. Hospitality was top notch. Excellent service and totally what we were looking for. I'm in a wheelchair and had a walk-in shower which was great.
Great customer service.
I was in town for the snowstorm and I asked the ladies at the front desk if they were able to accommodate me with a specific window view so I could see the building that I needed to service so I could watch the snow accumulation. They were able to help me get exactly the room I needed.
Wonderful Experience
This past weekend we stayed a the ALoft Center City Philadelphia. From the moment we entered your hotel, we were met with the best customer service. Will was amazing. He was professional and helpful. He is an incredible addition to your staff. We will absolutely be back.
Great Location! Great Service! Nice Hotel!
Perfect location. Walking distance from everything. Very kind receptionist changed out one king to double beds once she saw I had two guests with me (free of charge). Nice hotel bar and artistic aesthetic. View of the city from my room was cool. Would stay there again for sure.
