The hotel has a great location which includes a garage. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We also appreciated that we could borrow umbrellas as there was a downpour and we had to be outside for an event. The telephone was tricky we could not call the front desk. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Loved staying there. My only two negatives are the coffee served was very bitter so we went elsewhere every morning and in the evenings they had a DJ playing in the lobby/bar area which has a lot of hard surfaces that made it echo badly. Coming from a music & event background I’d suggest adding some sound absorbing elements to cut down on the cacophony.

Excellent service all the staff was helpful. This is a full service hotel. Modern and relaxing place. Highly recommend if going to Greenville. Not to mention it’s right downtown. Walk outside the door and you’re in the cute downtown area full of shops and restaurants.
