Ummm the toilet was IN the shower. And there was no drainage. And it’s not like there was a plumbing issue. It was clearly designed that way, where the water that inevitably would be all over the toilet itself and the floor surrounding it would not be able to drain - it was going to have to air dry. And speaking of toilets, the water and contents splashed out when you flushed. There was only one elevator working the whole time. The floors of the hallways were filthy. They were “out of room keys” so we couldn’t get more than one. Which is a pain if ever you are going in different directions or at different times (which with 4 people, we were). The valet attendants were very friendly, which unfortunately is about the only thing positive I can say about our stay. I guess while we’re at it I will say that there were no smoking signs EVERYWHERE but it smelled like no one could read those. It was overpowering and off-putting. But I think without the horrible toilet situation I probably would not have been motivated to write such a negative review.

Nice room, tons of space. Good A/C and pretty silent. I stayed 2 nights. No hot water on my last day. I had a cold shower before leaving. It’s ok for me but most people would complain.

Excellent place to stay. Looking forward to visiting again. Hotel amenities were excellent.

I should have read the reviews prior to booking. All the problems others had was exactly what happened to us. 1 elevator working along with the service staff filling it with their carts?? Valet was horrible- they only had 1 gentlemen working! And why have a bar- if it was never open. When I questioned the front desk- she was soooo rude and proceeded to tell me the bartender called in?!? Seriously! All she did was hand me a managers card!? The price was good but service alone convinced me to never stay there again!!!

I liked howl it was located in a central spot. Didnt like thst only 2 elevator worked and only 1 access to lobby
