Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel. Nice facility, very friendly staff both hotel and restaurant. But couldn't believe the bar closed New Year's Eve mid afternoon. Bed comfort was just so so, nice view.

ABSOLUTELY the nicest and most helpful and kind staff you could ever ask for. Truly a Blessing.

The hotel staff was amazing to us before and after my son ( with cerebral palsy) was having a major hip and hamstring surgery. They catered to our every need. 10/10.

It was dk fust to the point where my allergies got so bad ! I couldnt sleep ! It became very warm in the room all night I woke up the next morning looked at the vent and it was a lot of dust.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and I think that’s where the niceties end. The WiFi in my room outright didn’t work even after paying the $10 and signing up for the membership. The tv is also fairly outdated and also couldn’t connect to the internet but it gets 50 channels so there’s that. There was 1 microwave on the entire floor and it’s in possibly the hottest room I’ve ever been in, with the ice maker for some reason. They won’t tell you this when you check in or out for whatever reason but you’ll need to keep 1 of your keycards after checkout to scan out when you leave or you’ll have to pay for all of the parking you already paid for a second time before you can leave. The pool also looks nothing like the pictures and there’s too many trees around to tan. I almost forgot but aslong as you get one of the higher floors the view is nice especially at night so there’s that aswell. All in all I had a better experience last week at the Hampton which is pretty sad for what’s supposed to be an upscale hotel but I digress. Maybe the suites are better who knows I won’t be booking again to find out.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin. A wonderful hotel with beautiful views and exceptional service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests making my stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.

The staff was amazing! The location of the hotel was so convenient and they had a shuttle which drops you off at the mall and MARC station. Comfortable and clean, beautiful amenities.
