My experience was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, I was mistakenly checked in under another guest’s reservation simply because we shared the same last name. This serious error caused significant confusion and delayed my check-in process. I paid approximately $400 per night and expected a quality room and professional service. Instead, I was given a room that was in poor condition, with appliances falling apart and accommodations that did not match what I had booked and paid for. After reporting the issue, I was asked to wait while the hotel attempted to correct it. The process took more than two hours, and communication from the staff was poor throughout. No guest paying this rate should have to spend hours resolving mistakes made by the property. The combination of the reservation error, unacceptable room condition, lengthy delay, and lack of communication made for a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property to others based on my experience. I also expect Expedia and the property management team to review this situation and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor service.

Stayed here for the 2026 World Cup and the hotel set up is amazing with massive screens in the lobby showing all the coverage. Watch the games indoors in style and only a short walk to fan fest and stadium. After you stay at the Westin Peachtree Plaza you’ll never look at Atlanta again the same way.

We had a wonderful night. We wanted a king bed but we got a queen Other than that small problem. It was a wonderful evening

Westin was nice kinda old.no microwave in rooms . Breakfast was very good.staff very friendly. Bar /restaurant was very nice. Clean room but a little dated for the price but in a great location.

I love this place. Beautiful aesthetics. Very clean. Staff was helpful. I had a room on 65th floor and the windows are wall to wall so I was stuck looking over beautiful Atlanta. I enjoyed my stay. Will be back soon.

Very clean room and welcoming. Perfect location. Bathroom needs some updates but overall worked for our needs.

I love staying at this particular Marriott property. Everyone is always so welcoming. Even when I lived in Atlanta I would come stay here as a staycation!
