It was great.

Overall our stay was fine, but the room was not cleaned well - stains on the walls and nightstand. Also the frosted wall in the shower made it awkward for a family stay, there was even leftover command hooks up from when a previous guest attempted to cover the frosted wall. The hotel staff was nice and the spa services were great, the room just left a lot to be desired.

I love the esthetic of the place. Beautiful stay.

The ice bucket had urine in it . No hot water during shower. I do not recommend, poorly maintained property.

Parking was horrible they make you pay $55 dollars a night to park or you will have to park across the street in a so not safe looking parking lot the worse parking

The overall service was not bad but their lost and found policy is very disappointing. I proposed to my fiancée at one of the EWow suite with a couple of family, Spent the night there and left behind my new jacket with AirPods in the pocket in the closet. We called them immediately and less than 24hours and they said nobody reported any lost item. My question is what happened to investigating the room services who cleaned the suite after we checked out. The person on the phone told us that there is nothing they can do about it. We also couldn’t track the AirPods as they switched it off immediately. Clearly they have unprofessional people working as staff with them at the hotel which doesn’t come cheap……… the management needs to do better as this is a very experience for us.
