The Hotel is busy and is in a great location for walking to everything in midtown. Rooms feel a bit dated and could use upgrades. The text concierge service is helpful as it is often very difficult to speak with anyone from front desk or room service in the phone. Texting is the best way to go. Room service is very slow. Beds are comfortable. For the price it’s decent

I was immensely impressed. First time visiting and hearing of the Starling hotel. I booked here for a business trip. Immensely satisfied. Definitely will book for future stays.

Needed a hotel because of an overnight layover. Wasn't expecting much, but when we got there I was very impressed. The interior design of the hotel and the room have such a classy look to it. I was just soo impressed with every little detail of the decor. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The barista made some excellent coffees for us on the way out and the pastries we bought with them were pretty good as well.

Doors have major openings at the bottom that a person could hear another person's intimate time or feel the draft from the hallway. I would suggest closing those gaps off the bottom of the doors immediately..Shout out Windy and the brother with the locs at the bar, too.
