Great stay, nice vibe.
I had a good time there for my birthday. The bartender there, Sam, was really helpful and entertaining when I was taking my pictures. He was the highlight of my birthday.

Me encantó el tamaño de la habitación.
Lo único malo es que el teléfono no servía. Lo reporté y nunca fueron a arreglarlo, así que no pude pedir room service. El internet inestable.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Very clean. My only complaint is that the rooftop bar was closed. We were told that it's only available for private events.

Great location, small hotel, friendly staff not sure if it’s really a five star hotel. Also, the spa was not part of the hotel. That’s like a separate company/provider, but all in all decent stay. And for the price during the World Cup, you couldn’t beat it.

Not a 5 star hotel or experience. Some staff was rough and not friendly. Slight malfunctions with the room.

The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.
We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone.
We had everything we needed in the kitchen.
It was quiet and beds were comfortable.
The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.
