The room was disgusting hair in the sink the floor hadn't been vacuumed rust on the clothes rack, dusting hadn't happened AT ALL! WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO STAY THERE COMING IN FROM FROM ANOTHER STATE AND WE WERE TOLD THE PLACE WAS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT SO WE TRUSTED THE PERSON. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY EXCEPT FOR THE FRONT DESK HIRL THAT NIGHT WAS NICE AND FRONT DESK IN AM CHECKING OUT WAS NICE.

Terrible smells. Drains backed up. Lights didn’t work. Terrible property for a Wyndham hotel. Domestic dispute in the hall-yelling, cussing and wouldn’t leave. Front desk apologized, but didn’t help - conditions were so poor.

The first room we were in was terribly smoky- smelled like cigars. The staff was apologetic and switched our room.
The room was awfully hot. The temperature was not adjustable. We were offered a box fan.

Waited over 10 minutes to check in as no one was at the counter and I even rang the bell. Then while checking in the gal was talking to someone on speaker phone. Also a gentleman fell in the lobby with a walker and she was more concerned about finishing checking us in then making sure the gentleman was ok. Was told at check in breakfast was from 6-10 am and we went to breakfast at 845 and the gal was rude and said breakfast ends at 9. Door frame in our room was all busted out. Bed very uncomfortable.

Even under construction they were polite considerate and friendly and kept the hotel area safe while the construction employees were working the bar is nice there’s many option for gaming.

We asked for a pool and a hot tub and continental breakfast when requesting a hotel. This hotel came up as one of the first choices and the pool, hot tub and breakfast area was all under renovation! Over disappointed because we planned on swimming with the grandchildren.
