Great room for staying with pets
Having an enclosed courtyard where our little dog could run free (supervised, of course) was a real bonus! We will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean
The room was clean, the bed was alright, shower was good, breakfast was good. They are in the process of remodeling, but due to the age it could once again be very nice.

Bed was great. It was clean, bed was comfortable.
Room was hot, tub didn't drain.
The air conditioning didnt work at all, temp was set to 60 and it was 80 in there in the morning. When I showered the water didnt drain, it was up past my ankles. Only one washcloth and two towels for four people.

Staff was extremely rude!!!!!!! Didn’t have the room that I booked available!!! Wouldn’t change the room to something that would accommodate all of us. Go somewhere else!!!!

Smoke detector hanging off wall.Six trips back to get entry cards that wouldn't work. Tech was called and blamed everyone for not knowing how to use cards. Finally he went and couldn't get in either. Finally found out new box of cards were made wrong. Room was then refunded.

Hotel is under renovation. We requested a standard king room and got a pet-friendly room in an old, run down section of the hotel. The room was to be paid for on-site and we found that it was magically prepaid by Hotels.com when we tried to change our stay from 3 days to 2. So, no refund for the 3rd day because it was a prepaid, 3rd party reservation, which we didn't ask for. The door handle in the bathroom was falling off the door, and they didn't even make up the room. Avoid if possible.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The building itself was extremely rundown. The stucco siding was falling off the building; the patios and balconies had concrete that was crumbling; the carpeting in the room and in the hallway were loose and very dirty. The parking lot was full of potholes and not very well lit. We did not even have one garbage can in our room. We would definitely NOT recommend this property.
