Everyone was so polite and helpful and I am old and was by myself for first time and messed up a number of times and they just took me and showed me and were nice the whole time.

Property Stolen
I had all my belongings stolen from my locked room with a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. Management said they could not find it, then eventually produced only my medications, then later only my clothing and book. Valuable electronics still missing. No accountability or concern shown by management, just 'we'll have security check the hallway cameras'. I weill never stay at a La Quinta again.

Marissa who checked us into our room was great! She was very kind and helpful. We had a mixup with our room and instead of just turning us away or saying tough she actually took her time to help us get it figured out. Her customer service was five stars across the board. After a long day of traveling it was the best positive interaction one can ask for. Thank you for being so kind Marissa!
Nice room, great breakfast.
My room was larger than I expected, the sink area had more than enough space for all my items, everything was spick and span. And the breakfast has delicious eggs every morning! Good value for the money.

Hot tub was out of service looked like it hadn't worked in months! Staff was very unhelpful! Multiple lights in the room did not work. Overall unimpressed by the property.

For the most part, I like the experience, but wasn’t for warned about half of the complex being shut down due to construction as well as the pool and Jacuzzi being shut down otherwise the rooms were clean are utilize the laundry facilities utilizing the CSC app they have one washer and dryer and they performed well.

All the small details were left undone. I.e. broken flap lock latch, shampoo empty, coffee machine with k-cups but no coffee cup. Large string snags on the carpet. Lampshade not properly attached.
But the big things were nice. Clean bed, clean carpet, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice room, nice pool.
