Very reasonable price for a hotel near Cincinnati, even though it was in Florence, Kentucky. Room was very large with 2 queen beds. Full kitchen with stove, large fridge. But no pots, pans or silverware. We had some pizza, but had to use the microwave since there was nothing to put it on in the oven. There were used towels in the bathroom and half used soap when we arrived, but the beds were made as if housekeeping did a half job.

We arrived a little after 10 pm and the front desk was locked up. After finding a confusing note explaining that we needed to call to check in we were greeted by a very nice young woman. The photos are not accurate, the room was tiny. The kitchen area was was tiny! The carpet was stained, the headboard had splatters of some type of liquid all over it and the shower had the remains of several used bars of soap in it. I will NEVER stay at this type of hotel again.

Paid for room through hotels. Com. Advertisement sing all fees included. Oupn arrival I was again charged for a cleaning fee and utility fee along with security deposit.
I get to the "non-smoking" room and I smelled like a dirty ash tray. As I looked around the room there's chips in the floor and 1/4 inch of dust on all surfaces/tables. Mind you, I was just charged an additional fee for cleaning. So clearly people are charged a fee for a service that is non-existent. Will never stay there again. I would have cancelled but I'm f course was unable to do so upon arrival.

When you arrive at the hotel it is really clean but the wifi is very weak and the TV does not work on thought quickly to go to the supermarkets because apart from towels and a little soap for the toilet there is nothing else there but the microwave and the fridge works well there is nothing else thank you

At check in, I was that there was a security charge that would be refunded. I am trying to get that refunded. The staff had accents that were extremely hard for me to understand. there was no one on duty after 10 PM and no one would be available at check out time. I was just supposed to stick the key in a drop. I did that. Not sure if or when I will cet the security deposit back. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The AC unit in my room kept freezing up and barely wanting to work plus it leaked in the floor other than that it wasn’t a bad stay for the price I will definitely stay here again
