The staff was awesome but the facility is a little dated and needs flood or moisture control as the stairwell need ventilation and had alot of water at the bottom of the stairs and areas of hotel need painting and better housekeeping done. So Staff gets a five facility gets a three for me.

Convenient, comfy stay. Nice inclusion of nature in design. Oddly there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom nor could I find a filtered water fountain available to guests. Every staff member I talked with was great!

My room was on the top floor of the tower part, the elevator was right next to my room and was so loud when being used it rumbled the room! When I got into my room I noticed 2 flys buzzing around I killed then with a towel on the window, as soon as I killed them more flys came in I don’t know where from, I killed 9 in total, weird!
