Waterfront hotel with private fishing pier. The staff was outstanding, go out of their way to please you. Breakfast is fantastic and their coffee was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here in years pass. This visit was horrible. Guys smoking pot outside our room, fighting and partying until 4am. I know it’s not all the motel fault but you really need to police this better to make the stay enjoyable for all guest. Over $500 for two nights, TV didn’t work often, the fan in the bathroom was on its last leg and incredibly loud.

Megan at the front desk was friendly and professional. View of the water and fishing pier access is great. Our room was nice, but unfortunately the floor was filthy. We brought it to their attention and they said they would address it with the cleaning staff. A/C unit needed repair as it was very loud. Breakfast was great. The Rockport area has a market that was cool.
